Our House at the end of our Street (Christmas II)

Liberace-style and no garland left behind - my mantra for wrapping. As my grandmother used to say... be philanthropic with your ribbons.

Found this hilarious quote by comedienne, Phyllis Diller:

Christmas is a time when everybody wants his past forgotten and his present remembered. What I don't like about office Christmas parties is looking for a job the next day...

With two days remaining until Sunday, I would like to wish you all lots of love and the very happiest of holidays.

In Watermelon Sugar

If one were looking for the perfect setting for a Christmas spectacular, Hampden's breathtaking "In Watermelon Sugar", would be the undeniable choice. Christmas and glitter abound in this tinsel-filled space and has surpassed even last season's sparkling spectacle. Superbly merchandised and art-directed by owner, Leslie Stevenson, the act of merely photographing the details doesn't do it justice. One has to see the figurines, sea creatures and unique ornaments in all their scintillating glory to believe it...

Not to forget the exterior windows. One could easily fracture a small bone pressing one's nose against the glass to take it all in...
